Job summary

Kalgoorlie-Boulder Community High School is seeking a Program Coordinator – Student Services to lead attendance, wellbeing and engagement initiatives. You will drive restorative practices, analyse student data, and coordinate support with staff, families and external agencies to ensure positive outcomes for students in a safe, inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident or valid visa with work rights for term of appointment.
• Registered with the WA Teacher Registration Board.
• Valid Working With Children Check.
• Consent to Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and current Screening Clearance Number.

Responsibilities

• Lead attendance and behaviour case management using restorative approaches.
• Coordinate wellbeing and engagement support for students at educational risk.
• Analyse student data to identify needs, monitor progress and inform interventions.
• Lead initiatives to strengthen student wellbeing, engagement and belonging.
• Embed restorative practices to promote respectful relationships and student voice.
• Collaborate with staff, families and external agencies to coordinate student support.
• Mentor and support the Student Services team and foster continuous improvement.
