You will work with the administrative team, contribute to the school plan, and support staff in Tier 1–3 engagement activities, with possible extension or permanency beyond

Responsibilities

• Lead the school’s engagement and wellbeing initiatives and coordinate Tier 2 support as CBSC.
• Analyse attendance, behaviour and wellbeing data to identify trends and inform interventions.
• Collaborate with the Principal and admin team to implement restorative practices and school-wide wellbeing strategies.
