Job summary

Kalgoorlie-Boulder Community High School (KBCHS) requires a permanent Program Coordinator - Learning Support to lead educational initiatives for students with special needs. You will drive vision, coordinate staff, and liaise with families and external partners to ensure high-quality support.

The role includes managing SEN planning, reporting to parents, and overseeing the DRS budget while contributing to whole‑school strategic planning and professional learning.

Qualifications

Experience leading learning support and inclusive education initiatives.
Ability to develop school plans and engage families and external stakeholders.
Experience with SEN planning, case management and NDIS collaboration.

Responsibilities

Provide educational leadership for learning support and school vision.
Lead the Learning Support team and coordinate SEN case management.
Liaise with staff, families and external stakeholders to support students.
Monitor programs, budgets and disability resourcing systems.
