Job summary

Department of Education WA is seeking a Program Coordinator - Student Services for Carnarvon Community College. You will lead MTSS interventions, manage Student Services operations, and develop school–community partnerships to support wellbeing and attendance.

The role requires strong interpersonal and organisational skills, with a focus on data-driven improvement and collaboration with external agencies and families. Term 4, 2026 start, permanent full-time position.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate ability to build and maintain school–community partnerships.
• Strong understanding of MTSS and tiered interventions.
• Experience in data-informed decision making and program coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and monitoring of MTSS interventions across the school.
• Establish and manage administrative and operational systems in Student Services.
• Coordinate with external agencies and families to promote student wellbeing and attendance.
• Use data to drive continuous improvement in student engagement and behaviour.
