Job summary

Eaton Community College in Bunbury WA is seeking an experienced, collaborative leader to provide strategic and operational leadership of Student Behaviour and Engagement within our Student Services model. You will work with Year Coordinators, teachers and families to implement evidence-based practices and robust data-driven interventions.

The successful candidate will understand Department of Education policies on attendance and Students at Educational Risk, drive consistent whole-school

Qualifications

• Experience leading student behaviour and engagement initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Department of Education policies on attendance and SAER.
• Ability to analyse student data and identify trends to inform interventions.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and operational aspects of Student Behaviour and Engagement across the college.
• Collaborate with Year Coordinators, teachers and families to implement consistent, educative practices.
• Coordinate targeted interventions and support proactive case management for students needing additional help.
