Eaton Community College is seeking an experienced leader to provide strategic and operational leadership of Student Behaviour and Engagement within the Student Services model. You will work with Program Coordinators for Learning and Wellbeing to ensure a coordinated, student-centred approach to supporting engagement and success.

The role requires a strong understanding of policies relating to student behaviour, attendance and SAER, with the ability to translate these into consistent whole-school

Qualifications

• Experience leading student services and behaviour management.
• Strong knowledge of MTSS and restorative practices.
• Able to analyse student performance data to inform interventions.
• Experience working with school communities, families and external agencies.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic and operational leadership of Student Behaviour and Engagement.
• Translate Department of Education policies into consistent school-wide practice.
• Use student data to identify trends, coordinate targeted interventions and support proactive case management.
• Strengthen positive, educative approaches to behaviour and engagement across the college.
• Support staff with capability building and collaboration with Year Coordinators and teachers.
