Job summary

Navitas English is seeking a proactive Student Services & Experience Officer - Activities to ensure student experiences remain at the heart of our operations. You will deliver high-quality student support and administration, and actively gather and share feedback with the SSEM to improve service standards.

Join a team dedicated to welcoming students and maintaining a high level of service across Navitas English’s campuses and offices.

Qualifications

• Commitment to providing a high standard of customer service.
• Strong customer service focus when dealing with potential clients.
• Culturally sensitive and patient with an approach to understand student needs.
• Qualification and/ or a keen interest in sports and outdoor activities.
• Ability to work within a team and independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise work.
• Proficient in MS Office and experience in social media posting.
• High school certificate or higher.
• First Aid Certificate.

The Student Services & Experience Officer - Activities (SSEO-Activities) role ensures student experiences remain at the heart of Navitas English’s operations. Through providing a high-level of student support and administration services and gathering and sharing student feedback with the Student Services & ExperienceManager (SSEM), the SSEO-Activities guarantees students receive a welcoming and high standard of service throughout their period of study with Navitas English.

Qualifications

Essential

• Commitment to providing a high standard of customer service with previous experience in a busy environment
• Strong customer service focus when dealing with potential clients
• Culturally sensitive and patient with an approach to understand student/ customer needs
• Qualification and/ or a keen interest in sports and outdoor activities
• Ability to work within a team and independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise work
• Proficient in MS Office and experience in social media posting
• High school certificate or higher
• First Aid Certificate

Desirable

• Knowledge of the English language industry
• Experience in an administration role and/ or a sport orientated role
• Experience using a student management system
• A second language
