Job summary

JMC Academy in Melbourne is seeking an Admissions and Onboarding Advisor to guide applicants from initial enquiry to census. You’ll manage domestic and international applications, validate documents, issue offers, and coordinate onboarding to ensure a smooth student journey.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Student Services, Academic teams and Marketing to deliver timely communications, maintain accurate CRM records, and support students through orientation and early transition.

Qualifications

• Involvement in tertiary admissions or student services.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Academic, Marketing.
• Clear, professional communication with applicants and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple applications and onboarding events.
• Maintain compliance through documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess student applications against course entry criteria.
• Validate documentation including ID, transcripts, certificates, and English language proficiency.
• Manage assessment processes per JMC policies and procedures.
• Generate and issue Offers of Admission, CoE, and OSHC as required.
• Ensure acceptance and commencement conditions are met before enrolment.
• Deliver onboarding communications and outreach to support student transition.
• Use data to identify students needing early interventions and coordinate referrals.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and Student Management Systems.
• Collaborate with Sales, Student Services, Academic, Marketing, and national teams.
