It collaborates across CAPS, SAWO and Course Advising to address non-academic needs.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate an environment that empowers students to navigate the university and its support network.
• Apply trauma-informed principles of safety, trust, collaboration, choice and empowerment.
• Deliver non-academic support, assess student circumstances, identify urgency, and determine appropriate pathways across CAPS, SAWO, and other relevant services.
• Support students from low SES backgrounds and equity cohorts with complex non-academic challenges.
