The successful applicant will coordinate the work of the office team to ensure Student and Main Reception run smoothly and are welcoming, covering areas such as student records, absence and enrolment administration, reception services, and the day-to-day running of the office. They will supervise and support the office team — including reprographics, hospitality and sick bay staff — coordinating workloads, professional development and appraisals, and fostering a positive team culture.
