Job summary

Ingleburn High School in Sydney's southwest invites applications for a Teacher Careers Advisor. The role focuses on delivering career education, NESA and VET programs, and supporting student transitions.

Qualifications

• Approval to teach Careers or currently enrolled in the Careers Advisor qualification approved by the NSW Department of Education
• Demonstrated experience with data driven engagement and transition programs that provide diverse learning opportunities for students
• Proven capacity to create and deliver career, NESA and VET programs that cater for all students including those from EAL/D and low SES backgrounds
• Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with school community, key stakeholders, external agencies and training providers

Responsibilities

• Deliver career, NESA and VET programs to students and families.
