Job summary

EDU is seeking a Student Experience Advisor to champion student wellbeing and smooth the journey from orientation to graduation. You will ensure every student feels supported, heard, and valued, turning administrative processes into a warm, welcoming experience.

As a trusted guide, you’ll work with domestic students, manage enquiries via front desk and Zendesk, maintain records, and support events and communications to boost student engagement and retention across campus programs.

Qualifications

• One or more years in student service within a higher education environment.
• Experience with student management, LMS and service systems preferred.
• Diploma qualification or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, timely expert advice and support to students in-person and online about administrative aspects of studies.
• Be the single contact for non-academic student enquiries, focusing on domestic students.
• Respond to enquiries via case management and maintain records.
• Support Enrolments Coordinator with tuition fee processing with finance.
• Issue student cards and other official documentation.
• Maintain student database with accurate records.
• Send targeted student communications via CRM and management systems.
• Attend and contribute to regular team meetings.
• Contribute to student retention targets through proactive engagement.
• Collaborate on student engagement events (orientation, graduation).
• Contribute to process improvements for student experience.
• Ensure campus facilities and equipment are well maintained.
• Fulfil fire warden and first aid duties on campus.
• Configure classrooms for intended use and capacity.
