Are you a clear and creative communicator who enjoys making complex information easy to understand and helping students stay informed and engaged? As a Student Communications Officer, you'll develop and coordinate timely, accurate and engaging communications across the student journey. Working across email, SMS, the Student Hub, student publications and other digital platforms, you'll turn academic, administrative, policy and operational information into accessible, student-friendly content. You'll work closely with academic, operational, marketing and student support teams to coordinate communications, maintain content schedules, support governance and improve engagement through student feedback and communication data. This is a permanent, full-time position that can be based at any of our four campuses. You'll create and coordinate communications that inform, support and engage students across Torrens University Australia. You'll bring structure to communication planning and help ensure messages are accurate, accessible, well timed and aligned with organisational priorities.
