The University of Wollongong (UOW) is seeking a Student Communications and Knowledge Management Officer to enhance the student experience by ensuring clear, accessible information across touchpoints. You will develop and maintain student-facing content, support campaigns, and empower frontline staff with reliable knowledge.

Based in the Student Frontline Service Unit, you will collaborate with diverse teams, publish content on digital channels and continuously improve information quality,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong writing and editing skills for clear, student-centred content.
• Experience publishing or maintaining content across digital platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and collaboration with diverse subject matter experts.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Create and maintain student-focused communications and knowledge content across digital platforms and channels.
• Develop clear, accessible and accurate information that supports students and frontline staff.
