University of Wollongong seeks a Student Communications and Knowledge Management Officer to enhance the student experience by delivering clear, accessible information across digital channels. You will create content, support campaigns and ensure frontline staff have up‑to‑date resources to serve students effectively.

Working in the Student Frontline Service Unit, you’ll collaborate with campus stakeholders, maintain content in our knowledge base, and drive improvements to information

Qualifications

• Strong writing and editing skills to create clear, accessible student-focused content.
• Experience developing, publishing or maintaining content across digital communications, web or knowledge management platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with diverse subject matter experts.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring content accuracy.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
