Job summary

Anton Murray Consulting seeks a Capital Markets Deal Execution Manager specialized in structured finance. The role supports the full deal lifecycle from origination to execution across real estate, private credit, corporate loans, asset backed lending, PE and structured products.

The candidate should bring a capital markets legal or deal execution background, with 5+ years of experience, and a law/finance/economics education.

Qualifications

Experience in capital markets legal roles or deal execution.
About 5+ years of experience would be favourable but other experience will also be considered.
Bachelor’s degree in law, finance, economics, or other related discipline.
Further study will be highly regarded.
Significant understanding of corporate loans, property based lending and asset backed securitisation structures.

Responsibilities

Prepare or review NDA’s, term sheets (borrower and investor), trust deeds, transaction docs, legal opinions and due diligence sign offs.
Be a key part of the investment team in the negotiation and execution of transactions, acting as the team’s execution specialist.
Execute deals across a diverse range of alternative asset classes, including but not limited to, real estate, private credit, corporate loans, asset backed lending, private equity and structured products.
Communicate with middle office to ensure that Capital Markets transactions are processed accurately without delays.
Work within a high performing Capital Markets team to ensure that documents reflect the wants and needs of all related parties.
Work closely with our external legal service providers and internal legal team to mitigate execution related risk and minimise transactions costs.
