Lycopodium Limited in Perth is seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to join a growing team on site. You will deliver proficient design outputs aligned with project requirements and mentor junior engineers through design and commissioning phases.

The role focuses on structural analysis for foundations, concrete and steel structures, with strong collaboration to ensure quality and client satisfaction across projects in minerals processing and related industries.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Post-graduate experience in structural design for mineral processing plants or related industries.
• Experience interacting with Clients on design issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide structural engineering analysis and design for foundations, concrete and steel structures.
• Prepare and review engineering calculations, specs and scopes of work.
• Collaborate with clients through the project lifecycle to meet performance criteria.
• Mentor engineers and drafters during design and commissioning phases.
• Ensure designs comply with review processes and quality requirements.
• Monitor progress and performance of project design teams; provide feedback.
