Job summary

Lycopodium Limited, with offices worldwide, is seeking experienced Mechanical Engineers to join our Perth-based team on a keynote base metals project. The successful candidate will report to the Group Manager Engineering and be responsible for delivering proficient design outputs aligned with project requirements.

Key tasks include producing mechanical drawings, conducting calculations, and collaborating across business units.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Mechanical Engineering.
• Demonstrated ability to liaise with clients, vendors, coworkers and other stakeholders.
• 3–5 years experience on Mineral Processing Plants or similar capital projects; on-site experience favoured.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proven time management and organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide proficient design input for mechanical drawings.
• Perform accurate engineering designs and calculations.
• Develop and monitor production of designs per project and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with personnel across units.
• Assist with tenders and advise on mechanical equipment purchases.
