About You:

• You must have a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
• You must have at least 2 - 5 years experience working in the Australian consulting environment and be committed towards a career in structural engineering, including working towards gaining RPEQ status.
• You have a passion for developing your structural engineering design and project management skills
• Be able to work in a team structure and be an enthusiastic and positive team player
• Have good communication skills and be able to take guidance and feedback to grow your abilities
• Drive to succeed and grow in knowledge and responsibility.

About the role:

• You will be working closely with our senior structural engineers gaining valuable overall project design experience by being involved in the whole project from start to finish.
• You will be assisting in directing the project team to ensure drawings are correct and issued in time to hit all required deadlines
• You will be working closely with clients, attending site visits and managing your projects
• You will be continually growing your design and communication skills and knowledge to advance your career to the next level.
