Job summary

**Position Overview:**

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team in Sydney. The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to the design, analysis, and execution of structural engineering projects, collaborating closely with clients and project stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that meet project requirements and exceed expectations.

**Key Responsibilities:**
**1. Structural Design and Analysis:**
  • Utilize advanced engineering principles and software tools to design and analyze structural systems, including steel, concrete, timber, and masonry components.
  • Conduct detailed calculations, simulations, and modeling to ensure structural integrity, stability, and safety in compliance with relevant Australian standards and building codes.
  • Perform site investigations and assessments to gather essential data for project planning and execution.
**2. Project Management:**
  • Manage assigned projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Liaise with clients, architects, contractors, and regulatory authorities to facilitate effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, resolving engineering challenges and optimizing design solutions.
**3. Documentation and Reporting:**
  • Prepare comprehensive engineering reports, drawings, specifications, and other technical documents outlining project requirements, design solutions, and recommendations.
  • Review project documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with contractual obligations and industry standards.
  • Present findings, proposals, and project updates to internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders with clarity and professionalism.

**Qualifications and Skills:**
