Job summary

DEC Workforce PTY LTD is seeking a Structural Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) to perform hands-on maintenance, modifications and repairs to aircraft in a heavy maintenance environment in Rockhampton, QLD. You will work closely with the MRO team to ensure tasks are completed safely and on schedule.

The role requires Aeroskills Trade Certification (Structures), ASIC Pass, computer literacy and a current driver\'s licence, with 3–5 years of aircraft maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• Hold Aeroskills Trade Certification (Structures)
• Hold ASIC Pass
• Have computer literacy
• Hold a current drivers licence
• Have 3–5 years of aircraft maintenance experience

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the MRO team to ensure efficient task completion
• Ensure compliance with CASA Part 145 and the Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE)
• Maintain high standards of Quality Assurance (QA), documentation accuracy, and adherence to maintenance/modification procedures
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to Environmental Health & Safety, supporting a safe workplace for all personnel
