Earlyhood Recruitment in Sydney’s Western Suburbs is seeking Cert III and Diploma-qualified Educators to join a boutique-style centre that prioritises nature-based outdoor learning and a play-based, child-led approach.

You will work with children aged 0-4 in a supportive team, across multiple shifts. The role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities and a strong emphasis on quality care and community relationships.

Qualifications

• Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education
• Previous experience in a childcare setting
• Someone warm, reliable and a great team player
• A genuine passion for nature, outdoor play and child-led learning
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF & NQS
• Current Working With Children Check
