Anglicare NT invites applications for the Strength and Healing Coordinator to establish a brand-new program across East Arnhem. The role offers flexibility to be located in Nhulunbuy or Gove and focuses on coordinating collaborative responses for vulnerable young people and families.

Formación

• Qualifications and/or significant experience in community services or youth services.
• Experience coordinating multi-agency responses for children, young people and families.
• Strong relationship-building with Aboriginal communities and organisations.
• Knowledge of Social and Emotional Wellbeing (SEWB) and issues affecting vulnerable young people.
• Excellent facilitation, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience managing budgets, contracts or brokerage funding.
• Ability to travel across East Arnhem and work with local cultural protocols.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate Strength and Healing responses for young people up to 18 and their families across East Arnhem.
• Facilitate partnerships, referrals and support pathways; identify service gaps.
• Collaborate with communities and stakeholders to develop culturally appropriate responses.
