Job summary

Revolut Ltd is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to shape how we expand and operate across the globe. You’ll work on high-impact initiatives, using data to solve challenges, scale processes, and deliver better outcomes for customers.

This role offers flexible work options (home, office, or abroad), exposure to a fast-paced fintech, and opportunities to lead core infrastructure projects and strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

• At least a 2:1 degree from a top university.
• 2+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environment with ownership of complex projects end to end.
• Ability to break down complex problems into smaller components.
• Enjoys working with data and deriving insights.
• Natural curiosity and a drive to make an impact.
• Interest in the financial industry.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimise scalable processes to support Revolut's hyper-growth.
• Lead and deliver core infrastructure projects.
• Identify and prioritise projects with timelines to achieve quick wins.
• Explore and define features to improve customer experience.
• Manage vendor relationships and build performance tracking systems.
• Develop strategic supply chain partnerships and negotiate commercial terms.

What you’ll be doing
