Job summary

Juniper Aged Care in Perth, WA, is seeking an experienced Workforce Transformation Lead to join our People and Culture team on a 12-month full-time fixed-term contract, with the potential to become permanent. Reporting to the People and Culture Manager, you will drive strategic workforce transformation initiatives and partner with leaders to navigate complex change.

This hands-on HR/change professional will shape the future of our organisation by embedding new ways of working, delivering change

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, People and Culture or related discipline.
• Extensive experience leading complex organisational change or transformation projects.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience working with executive stakeholders and influencing senior leaders.
• Knowledge of Fair Work consultation requirements and industrial relations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Collaborative, people-centred approach to navigate complexity.
• Experience in aged care, healthcare, government or regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide workforce transformation and change initiatives.
• Deliver end-to-end project management from planning to implementation.
• Develop change management and stakeholder engagement plans.
• Partner with executives to embed new ways of working.
• Provide expert advice on industrial relations and workforce impacts.
• Prepare business cases and governance papers to support decisions.
• Collaborate with PMO and People & Culture to deliver projects on time.
