Job summary

Juniper, Western Australia\'s large not-for-profit aged care provider, seeks a seasoned People & Culture Director to partner with the Executive and lead the P&C strategy across a complex organisation. Reporting to Chief People Officer, you will shape culture, performance, IR, and risk management while aligning with Juniper\'s values.

This role offers a senior leadership platform within a reputable community services organisation, with attractive remuneration and the chance to influence strategy

Qualifications

• Senior People & Culture leadership in a large, complex environment.
• Proven ability to advise Executives on culture, performance and risk.
• Experience with industrial relations and enterprise agreements.
• Knowledge of Australian employment law and modern awards.
• Not-for-profit or aged care sector experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across People & Culture aligned to Juniper's strategy.
• Advise Executive and senior leaders on complex people matters and risk.
• Oversee employee and industrial relations, including EA negotiations.
• Lead organisational development, performance, design, and change.
• Shape culture and employee experience with governance and risk controls.
