We are seeking an accomplished People & Culture Director to join our senior People & Culture leadership team and play a key role in shaping and delivering Juniper’s people strategy.
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this influential senior leadership role will partner closely with the Executive and senior leaders across Juniper, providing strategic direction and trusted advice across employee and industrial relations, organizational development, performance, culture, employee engagement, change and people-related risk.
This is a broad and highly influential role requiring strong commercial judgement, contemporary P&C expertise and the ability to navigate complex people and industrial matters while building trusted relationships at the most senior levels of the business.

You are an accomplished senior People & Culture leader with the experience, credibility and judgement to operate effectively at Director level within a large and complex environment.
You are comfortable operating strategically while remaining connected to the realities of the business. You can confidently advise and influence senior leaders, navigate complex industrial environments and provide clear direction when managing challenging or sensitive people matters.
