Responsibilities

  • Provide high standard administrative support to the Workforce Planning Unit and regional management.
  • Input roster records data to determine vacancies and unfilled shifts.
  • Assist in analyzing roster projections to develop QAS rosters.
  • Prepare leave and training schedules and report data for workforce management.
  • Coordinate cover for unplanned absences and staff changes as required.
  • Allocate staff for special duties and events as needed.
  • Negotiate with frontline staff on regional coverage to meet operational needs.
  • Enter data on shift changes, annual leave, absences and TOIL records.
  • Assist with correspondence and manage incoming mail.
