Provide high standard administrative support to the Workforce Planning Unit and regional management.
Input roster records data to determine vacancies and unfilled shifts.
Assist in analyzing roster projections to develop QAS rosters.
Prepare leave and training schedules and report data for workforce management.
Coordinate cover for unplanned absences and staff changes as required.
Allocate staff for special duties and events as needed.
Negotiate with frontline staff on regional coverage to meet operational needs.
Enter data on shift changes, annual leave, absences and TOIL records.
Assist with correspondence and manage incoming mail.
