Job summary
EML Group is seeking a Workforce Planner to translate data into actionable insights, develop forecasting models, and analyse trends across multiple data sources. Based in Sydney, Gosford, Newcastle or Parramatta, this full-time role offers work-from-home flexibility after month three, subject to performance and approval.
You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify workforce risks and opportunities and provide clear recommendations to support strategic decisions, contributing to ongoing
Qualifications
- Experience in workforce planning and analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience analyzing workforce metrics such as workload and attrition.
- Familiarity with workers compensation systems.
- Accurate, detail-oriented with good communication.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain workforce planning models to forecast resource requirements and support effective resourcing.
- Analyse claims volumes, workload trends, caseloads and attrition to inform workforce forecasts.
- Monitor planning accuracy and refine forecasting models to improve predictability.
- Partner with leaders and stakeholders to understand workforce needs and provide clear insights and recommendations.
- Contribute to workforce optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives.
