Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in a strategic or planning function.
• Healthcare or pharmaceutical advertising experience is essential.
• Mastery of strategic capability with working understanding across brand strategy, communications, digital and CX.
• Proven ability to lead, develop and present pitch-winning strategies.
• Comfortable working independently and across US time-zone crossover.
• Genuine curiosity about culture, people, technology and what comes next.
• Strong work ethic driven by creative passion and positive energy.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic thinking for pitches and build the strategic frameworks the team uses.
• Design and lead workshops and strategy sprints with client stakeholders across functions.
• Own the strategic approach in new business and pitch leadership, shaping responses and presentations.
• Build and maintain Orchard's strategic toolkit and raise output quality across the Sydney team.
