Responsibilities

• Develop workforce demand forecasts across channels and functions.
• Translate forecast demand into workforce, headcount, capacity and skill requirements.
• Create workforce scenarios and capacity models to identify risks and constraints.
• Build dashboards and reporting that connect demand, productivity, quality and service outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to improve workforce efficiency and utilisation.
• Support strategic workforce planning including impacts of technology changes.
• Quantify workforce impacts from AI, automation and self-service initiatives.
• Strengthen governance, planning routines and service-readiness processes.
• Engage in strategic HR projects shaping the future of HR Direct.
