Job summary

This project focuses on defining capability needs, identifying gaps, and mapping how the workforce will evolve over the coming years.

You’ll work on-site with leaders to build a detailed picture of current capability, review data, and design a leadership framework that supports long-term development and readiness for future

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce planning or strategic HR.
• Ability to analyse data and trends.
• Ability to ask insightful questions with the business.
• Experience developing capability frameworks or leadership development models.
• Comfort presenting to executive/Board level.
• Commercial mindset with ability to turn analysis into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Partnering with leaders to understand business priorities, workforce challenges and future capability needs
• Reviewing workforce data, identifying gaps and determining what additional information is required
• Analysing workforce trends including retirement risk, turnover, labour-market conditions and industry movement
• Building a clear workforce plan outlining current state, future needs and recommended actions
• Developing insights and strategies that support sustainable growth and operational readiness
• Preparing a Board-level workforce and capability pack
• Designing a leadership capability framework aligned to future organisational direction
