• Lead the design and implementation of contemporary workforce strategies and plans using workforce analytics and evidence-based planning methodologies.
• Lead, coach, motivate and develop the Workforce Strategy and Analytics team to deliver best practice outcomes.
• Direct the strategic development and governance of the department's workforce data assets, reporting architecture, and analytics platforms.
• Provide authoritative strategic advice to the Executive Leadership Team and senior executives.
• Guide the delivery of department-wide engagement mechanisms that contribute to People, Capability and Culture's objectives and service delivery.
