Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/Organisational psychology or related field.
- Substantial experience in strategic workforce planning, organisational development and workforce analytics.
- Professional HR certification (AHRI or equivalent) would be highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Shape council's future workforce strategy and capability.
- Lead organisation-wide workforce initiatives and provide trusted advice to leaders.
- Translate insights into practical, departmental strategies and performance improvements.
