Job summary

You will provide strategic leadership across workforce strategy, planning and analytics, govern data assets, and deliver evidence-based guidance to senior leaders to shape department objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading workforce strategy teams.
• Strong data analytics and interpretation skills.
• Ability to translate insights into organisational strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of workforce strategies using analytics.
• Coach and develop the Workforce Strategy and Analytics team.
• Govern workforce data assets, reporting architecture and analytics platforms.
• Provide strategic advice to the Executive Leadership Team and senior executives.
• Guide department-wide engagement to support People, Capability and Culture objectives.
