Job summary

Seqwater is seeking a Program Manager to lead planning and development of critical water security projects for South East Queensland. You will oversee evaluation, business case development and investment planning, ensuring on-time delivery within budget.

You will provide leadership to a team of project managers and engineers, fostering safety, innovation and continuous improvement across the portfolio. This role drives the region's long-term water resilience.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Project Management or similar.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage external contractors.
• Experience with stakeholder engagement, particularly with government and regulatory bodies.
• Experience with design, planning, option evaluation, asset management and/or delivery of water infrastructure or similar.
• Superior program and project management skills.
• High level analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to prepare succinct reports.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to understand complex systems.
• Ability to be agile and to respond to changing circumstances.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver on time and to budget.
