Job summary

Seqwater in South East Queensland leads essential water infrastructure through major capital programs. As Project Manager, you will steer end-to-end delivery of natural and built asset projects, managing scope, budget, schedule, risk and stakeholder outcomes with contractors, consultants and internal teams to ensure safe, compliant, high-quality delivery.

This role sits in the Asset Sustainability team, delivering primarily civil and mechanical design and construction within a five-year program,

Qualifications

• Diploma level in project management or equivalent.
• Tertiary engineering qualifications are highly desirable.
• Membership to Engineers Australia or AIPM preferred.
• Class C driver’s licence.
• Experience delivering complex natural and built asset projects, preferably in water.
• Experience planning, organizing, executing and reporting progress.
• Experience in procurement, contracts development and management.
• Broad knowledge of water infrastructure and treatment systems.
• PMBOK knowledge and contract management experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder liaison skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of capital projects, managing scope, budget, schedule, risk and stakeholder outcomes.
• Collaborate with contractors, consultants and internal teams to deliver safe, high-quality project delivery.
• Deliver civil and mechanical design and construction scope within a multi-year program.
