Qualifications

• Network planning experience with option evaluation and hydraulic modelling of water/wastewater systems.
• Understanding policy, regulation, trends and guidelines affecting water planning.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholders.
• Appreciation of clients in water-related markets such as land development, private utilities, local and state government.
• Experience or interest in project management.

• Provide technical direction and mentor junior professionals.
