Job summary

AECOM’s Melbourne Water Infrastructure team is expanding to deliver significant water conveyance and pipeline projects across Victoria and Australia. We seek an experienced civil engineer with a strong background in water networks to help plan, design and deliver complex infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required or strongly preferred.
• CPEng and/or RPEV accreditation is highly regarded for this role.
• Experience with water authorities and DAS/WAS processes is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver innovative pipeline and water network solutions within multidisciplinary teams.
• Contribute across full project lifecycle from planning to commissioning.
• Lead or support design of major water transmission, wastewater conveyance and pumping infrastructure.
• Build strong client and stakeholder relationships to drive outcomes.
• Apply technical expertise to solve conveyance, hydraulic and network challenges.
• Support tender preparation and technical proposals for major projects.
• Mentor engineers and develop leadership capabilities.
