Qualifications

• Experience within a Transport, Supply Chain, Distribution or 3PL environment.
• Exceptional account management with a strong customer focus.
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory and WHS requirements in a Transport context.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement initiatives to provide market leading service.
• Provide exceptional and cost efficient service to customers.
• Perform account management tasks with regard to service, productivity levels and budgetary targets.
• Ensure the business meets operations, regulatory, WHS and environmental obligations.
