Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Transport Business Partner to deliver fast, reliable and secure transport services across markets in Australia. You will actively manage a ledger of transport customers and drive improvements in service and performance through strategic planning and initiatives.

You will work in a collaborative environment with a focus on compliant operations, cost efficiency and customer satisfaction, with flexible working arrangements to suit the role and project needs in Sydney.

Qualifications

• Experience in Transport, Supply Chain, Distribution or 3PL environments.
• Strong account management capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory and WHS requirements in transport contexts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement initiatives to provide market leading transport service.
• Manage a ledger of transport customers and monitor service performance.
• Plan and execute strategies to improve efficiency, cost and timeliness.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, WHS and environmental obligations.
