DHL Group in Australia is seeking a Transport Business Partner to drive fast, reliable and secure transport services for our customers. You will manage a ledger of transport customers and push improvements in service and performance through planning and strategy implementation.

Key duties include developing market-leading initiatives, delivering cost-efficient customer service, and handling account management with respect to service, productivity, and budgets.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience within a Transport, Supply Chain, Distribution or 3PL environment.
• Exceptional account management skills with a strong customer focus.
• The ability to influence with well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory and WHS requirements within a Transport environment.
