Job summary

ForHealth Group in Sydney is seeking a Strategy & Transformation Associate to support strategic initiatives and transformation programs across the organisation. You will work with leaders to analyse data, prepare business cases, and drive continuous improvement, with exposure to cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

Experience in strategy, transformation, consulting, project management, or a similar role.
Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Supporting the development and execution of strategic and transformation initiatives.
Conducting research, business analysis, and data-driven reporting to support decision-making.
Assisting with project planning, implementation, and monitoring.
Preparing business cases, presentations, reports, and recommendations for key stakeholders.
Identifying opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and organisational performance.
Collaborating with leaders and cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives.
Supporting change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
Tracking progress against key deliverables and ensuring actions are followed through to completion.
