The role requires a commercially-minded, proactive professional with strong communication skills and experience in strategy or transformation. Based in NSW with a pathway to influence operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Finance, Strategy, Health Management, or related.
• Experience in strategy, transformation, consulting, project management, or similar.
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes within deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the development and execution of strategic and transformation initiatives.
• Conducting research, business analysis, and data-driven reporting to support decision-making.
• Assisting with project planning, implementation, and monitoring.
• Preparing business cases, presentations, reports, and recommendations for key stakeholders.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and organisational performance.
• Collaborating with leaders and cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives.
• Supporting change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Tracking progress against key deliverables and ensuring actions are followed through to completion.
