You will develop strategies, assess readiness, and lead stakeholder engagement with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering transformation, organisational change or business improvement initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills.
• Experience developing and implementing change management approaches and plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist change management advice and support the delivery of transformation, reform and business improvement initiatives.
• Develop and implement change, communication and stakeholder engagement strategies; assess change impacts, stakeholder needs and readiness.
• Facilitate workshops and engagement activities to build understanding and commitment; monitor adoption outcomes and address risks and barriers.
