Brotherhood of St Laurence in Melbourne invites applications for a Training & Development Lead to design, deliver and continuously improve learning across Community Care in Frankston. You will ensure accessible, high-quality training aligned with standards and adult learning principles.

You will lead learning programs, support staff competency, manage LMS usage, and collaborate with managers to drive service excellence.

Competenze

• Experience in development of learning resources.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and WCAG accessibility.
• Ability to coordinate training programs and ensure regulatory alignment.

Mansioni

• Design and continuously improve training programs.
• Support diverse learners, including disability or EAL learners.
• Coach staff to meet learning outcomes and competency.
• Advise managers on learning and development solutions.
• Manage projects: prioritisation, scheduling, deliverables.
• Participate in audits, validation, and moderation.
