Job summary

Brotherhood of St. Laurence (BSL) seeks a Social Cohesion & Belonging Lead Facilitator to deliver culturally responsive training and coaching.

The role combines relational and strategic work, shaping learning experiences and contributing to the consultancy's growth and direction. The ideal candidate will have a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent, plus knowledge of adult learning, trauma-informed practice, and cultural responsiveness.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and learning design.
• Understanding of trauma-informed facilitation practices.
• Understanding of cultural responsiveness in line with organisational values.
• Experience with culturally responsive and inclusive training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality training sessions (face to face and virtual).
• Develop and deliver training content with learning outcomes and resources.
• Apply learning design principles across inclusion topics.
• Undertake consultancy projects and lead defined tasks.
• Develop project plans and monitor milestones; collaborate with co-facilitators.
