LinkedIn is seeking an Account Manager to join our Talent Solutions team in Australia and New Zealand. You will manage and grow an existing agency portfolio, develop strategic partnerships and deliver value-added solutions that meet hiring needs.

In this hybrid role, you will collaborate with product, marketing and customer success teams, drive revenue through upselling and renewals, and act as a trusted advisor in the recruitment industry.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in B2B/SaaS.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience with HR software and CRM platforms.
• Ability to sell IT solutions and manage revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with agency owners and senior decision makers.
• Drive revenue growth by upselling LinkedIn Talent Solutions and renewing contracts.
• Consult with clients to optimize talent acquisition strategies.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, customer success and operations.
• Represent LinkedIn as a trusted advisor in the recruitment industry.
• Ask layered questions to understand customer objectives beyond the surface.
