Job summary

NSW Ministry of Health is seeking a senior talent and organisational development leader to shape and deliver strategic workforce initiatives. You will collaborate with the Employee Experience and Talent Development team to advance capability, leadership, and succession planning across public health agencies.

You will design and implement programs, assess impact using workforce data, and ensure governance aligns with system-wide priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, implementing and evaluating talent development, leadership development, organisational development or workforce capability initiatives within a complex organisation.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist advice to stakeholders across the Ministry of Health and partner agencies, while driving initiatives that strengthen leadership capability, succession planning, performance and talent management, workforce capability and organisational effectiveness.
• Lead the implementation of talent and organisational development programs aligned to the NSW Health Talent Strategy 2022-2032.
• Governance and stakeholder engagement activities relating to mandatory training frameworks, leadership development programs, capability initiatives and system-wide organisational development priorities.
• Develop and deliver talent and organisational development programs that support NSW Health's workforce and leadership priorities.
