Job summary

NSW Ministry of Health is seeking a Senior Organisational Development Business Partner to shape workplace culture, capability and organisational effectiveness across the Ministry. You will partner with executive leaders to design and deliver strategic OD initiatives that drive engagement and leadership capability, influencing the future of how we work.

Based at 1 Reserve Road, St Leonards NSW, this full-time role offers 35 hours per week with a salary band of $133,348–$146,945 plus

Qualifications

Experience delivering organisational development and culture initiatives in complex environments.
Strong consulting and stakeholder engagement skills to influence at all levels.
End-to-end project management and program delivery capabilities.
Ability to translate organisational priorities into practical people solutions.
Highly developed communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to identify OD opportunities and deliver aligned solutions.
Lead design, implementation and evaluation of culture, leadership and capability initiatives.
Drive organisational programs including culture, engagement and lifecycle management.
Facilitate workshops and engagement activities with diverse groups.
Build partnerships across the Ministry to support priorities.
